Cancellation & Appointment Policy

We require 24 hours notice if you should cancel or rearrange your appointment, otherwise 100% of the fee must be paid via bank transfer prior to your next appointment being confirmed. No shows are charged at 100%.

This is due to the barbers reserving a time in advance for your appointment and not having adequate time to fill the space.
