Only one alcoholic drink will be sold to a customer who has pre-booked an appointment to have a haircut or are waiting for a customer. The only alcoholic drinks we serve on the premises will be a measured single whiskey or a single bottle of beer/lager.
Our alcohol licence permits us to offer one alcoholic drink after 12pm daily, if you would like to be offered an alcoholic drink with your appointment please book your appointment after 12pm.
Customers shall not be allowed to enter or leave the premises whilst in the possession of any drink in unsealed containers.
We operate a strict “Challenge 25” Proof of Age Policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. The policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 25 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
- A recognised proof of age card credited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- Photo driving licence
- Passport
No persons under the age of 14 will be allowed in or on any part of the premises unless accompanied by an adult. The adult or child must have pre-booked to have their haircut.
We reserve the right not to offer an alcoholic beverage to any person entering our barbershop for any suitable reason. If a staff member feels it is not appropriate to offer one then it is up to their discretion.
By using Eagle and Bear services you agree to us uploading photos/videos of you and your hair to our social media platforms and website. We will always verbally ask your permission to take photos/videos beforehand when on the premises.
